The Builder

An Army veteran and Georgia Tech graduate,

Guy Cherwonuk, President of Paces Ferry Builders, brings extensive leadership and project management expertise. Following his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Guy served six years in the U.S. Army, starting as a combat engineer and eventually becoming an infantry officer in the Army Special Forces. Transitioning to the construction industry after retiring from the military, he successfully developed and built single-family subdivisions across metro Atlanta. With a decade-long tenure as President of Vinings Building Group, Guy has been leading Paces Ferry Builders LLC since 2010.
